Remote Follow-up Support:

This allows for 1-5 short questions emailed or texted to Laura Cerrano over one month. If the client abuses this privilege, the client will be reminded about the remote follow-up support policy. If, even after that warning was received and the client continues to send multiple questions in a short period of time, the client will be directed to use the Call Center Service.
