Space Clearing is the act of clearing away predecessor energy left behind by previous occupants, whether that be from a previous homeowner, renter, or employee.
A Blessing is a powerful act that revitalizes and renews our positive life force energy. It brings about a noticeable shift in energy across all four levels of our being: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. When we receive or give a blessing, it can lead to improved health, clearer thinking, enhanced emotional well-being, and a deeper connection to our surroundings. This renewal fosters a sense of harmony and balance in our lives.

Feng Shui Consultations are focused on calculated formulas based on the year you moved into your location, paired with a compass reading, which guides the use of colors, elements, artwork, furniture setup, and flow of space to help adjust the alchemy of your living and/or working environment to be optimal for longer periods of time.
A Space Clearing and Blessing is a ritual (practice) that is performed for specific reasons at specific times to help refresh the energy of your home or business. This may include the use of white sage, flowers, sound healing, etc.

Step Two:
Once payment has been received, Laura will contact you within 24 hours or less to finalize scheduling your space clearing and blessings session

Travel time and expenses are already included unless otherwise stated. If you are based outside of NYC (i.e Bronx, Connecticut, New Jersey, Staten Island, Hamptons, etc.), please speak with Laura Cerrano directly for a customized quote.
To see if your location requires extra travel time and expense, contact Laura directly.
If more time is needed for your in-person space clearing and land blessing beyond the first hour due to the size of your home, business, office, and/or land plot, an hourly rate of $100 per hour on the same day is issued
From the date of purchase, you have one year to redeem. After that, if you wish to reschedule, you will need to make a new purchase of your Feng Shui Space Clearing and Blessing.
If you request more than one location to have a space clearing and blessing, additional travel fees apply. Please contact Laura for more details and a customized quote.

Full payment or a deposit is due before scheduling your session
Payment Methods Accepted: Credit Card, Check, Cash, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo. Please note, the fees referenced on FengShuiManhattan.com is the same if paying with cash, check or credit card. For those processing payment with PayPal or any other payment method that requires merchant fees, the additional merchant fee is communicated to you prior to sending an invoice.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: If Laura Cerrano is in the process of traveling to your location or arrives at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancellation fees could range between $75 - $200, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses, and accommodations, if that was required. The designated fee depends on the distance Laura Cerrano traveled.
