“WOW! It’s been exactly 1 month since we moved into our apartment, the place where I would walk into and have a mini-“anxiety” attack! I called Laura and told her I needed her help and she listened to me complain about moving into a better apartment than where I had been living. She helped us to uncover some of the structural challenges with the space, and guided us into new negotiations about how to decorate and cure some of the energy imbalances.
Laura came in walked us through every inch of the apartment, educating us along the way about directions, colors, shapes, etc. to maximize energy flow and balance. She cleared the space with sage, and grounded the space with a singing bowl. When she left, I slept so hard, my husband said he tried to awaken me 3 times. ( I had been unable to even feel safe sleeping there). She returned our notes within a few days and we used them to intentionally place EVERYTHING, from color of curtains to images and our own memorabilia and artwork; some of which had to go , because it evoked negative connotations or energy. One bedroom is built over the exhaust fans for our entire building and we grounded that room by filling in the void that was the source of my feelings of being “drained”. We learned how to place mirrors to reflect good things, and how to use calming images as the first view out of the bedroom.
Our entryway now serves to slow the energy coming in and represents the wealth/family values we desire. I’ve been able to display my beautiful Broadway memorabilia in a way that brings honor to my mentors and comrades! We have been decorating and adjusting and removing closets, cabinets, and doors, and having so much fun living in our wonderful apartment. I say all the time now: “I LOVE IT HERE!!” Thanks Laura!!.”
