If paying with Venmo or Zelle, please contact Laura directly for the company's Venmo or Zelle payment information.
Step Two:
Provide Laura with the following information:
Clearly drawn floor plan that includes the furniture layout
Address of the location
Write the names of all those living or working in the location, and please identify where they spend time within the location
Email information to: Laura@FengShuiManhattan.com
Step Three:
Once full payment has been received and all requested information has been provided, Laura will schedule your 30-minute phone or Zoom call to discuss in greater detail your request for a dowsing session.
This also signifies the start of the dowsing investigation and healing process
Step Four:
Investigation of the top 4 - 5 essential detrimental environmental and circumstantial energies that can exist within a house, land, people, or place of work.
Laura remains in constant contact with you throughout the dowsing process via email and text messaging
Step Five:
You are provided with a detailed report and diagrams illustrating the dowsing investigation findings.
Step Six:
You’ll receive a single 45-minute follow-up call or Zoom session to discuss the findings and answer any questions you may have.

Laura’s dowsing services are designed for remote investigation and healing. However, if you wish to have her visit your location, she can provide an initial on-site dowsing session, which is followed by a remote dowsing and healing session.
During the initial meeting, Laura shows you how the process of dowsing works and dowse which topics she’ll focus on during the investigation. She’ll walk through the space with you and provide advice on how to improve the energy with specific tasks (as appropriate).
The cost for the initial meeting is $100 per hour with additional travel fees, if needed. It’s suggested to meet for 1 - 1.5 hours to allow time for the initial dowsing session. Afterwards, Laura continues the process with remote dowsing. If you wish for her to continue with a hybrid of on-site dowsing and remote dowsing, that request can be accommodated. Please contact Laura directly for more details.

From the date of purchase you have one year to redeem the service.
Same Day Cancellation Fee: if Laura Cerrano arrives in your neighborhood or at your location and you cancel the session on the same day, cancelation fees range between $50 - $150, plus any additional cost for travel time, expenses and accommodations, if that was required.
The prices listed above are starting fees as some projects may require more in-depth investigational time due to the scope of the project, and ongoing support with scheduled clearings. If that is the case, additional rates will apply. Questions, please contact Laura for more details.
